Reach on an Error calculations

I scored our first tournament this weekend and we had several boys that reached on an error...with the hits they had the "on base percentage" should be 1.ooo....but it is not giving statistical credit for the "on base" because of the error.

That is correct, Reach On Error is not included in On Base Percentage. It is not supposed to be. Here is a URL that describes the calculation for OBP:

In particular, notice that it says:
is a measure of how often a batter reaches base for any reason other than a fielding error, fielder's choice, dropped/uncaught third strike, fielder's obstruction, or catcher's interference
