I hate to post this becuase it seems like a problem people sometimes figure out after some fiddling around. I have been looking and looking and checking league settings and everything and I can't figure out what happened.

We seem to have lost a game. We seem to have all the stats from that game. We exported after the game. All our stats show up on the website, but the game does not show on our website or our iphone anymore.

Any suggestions?

The league associated with that game is checked for the team in team manager?

Is it a game prior to the last release? I had to go back to some games and re sync them after the release to have score cast and scorecard show on the website.

Post back your findings, we'll figure it out.

We played the same team twice in a row (once on Saturday, once on Sunday) this last weekend. Only the first game shows up. We had the league (a tournament name) associated with the other team. We played 4 games this weekend, and it's the only one we lost.

It was a 6 inning game, and my wife said the game automatically ended on the last out. It's the only time we've had a game do that. It sent out a twitter about the end of the game. Then it was gone. It wasn't showing on my iphone game manager.

I exported to see if it would show up, and all the stats came over to our website. I'm glad to have the stats (way more than the game), but it makes our record wrong. I can live with that, but I keep having parents ask where that game went. I keep telling them I'm sure it was operator error and I'll find it, but after 24 hours of messing around, I'm stumped.

I'm guessing you are referring to the game missing on your team website. Does the game show up on the admin website for the device that was used to score the game? After an export, all games that haven't been deleted will show up there regardless of league assignments. That is the first place to check to see if something is missing. If it shows up on the admin site, then start checking league assignments.

Dan and petro guy are spot on right.. And I may be jumping the gun here, But... as you are an experienced user Jas you may want to send a email to support@iscorecentral.com and explain ( cut and paste) this issue description (and give them your device Id of course).

The notion of the game disappearing but still sending over stats is what has me thinking something unusual may be going on.. (game ending, game over, on third out of a full game is normal, but should not disappear unless you missed the league assignment and then if so the stats should not show up on team site)

Please do the petroguy suggestion, and Dan's too.. and if still not there ..let us know but also start an email with FTM. All is not lost I am sure, FTM can work magic..

Thanks for your comments. I checked the admin website, and I've got the same issues. There is one game missing there too. We do have the stats, so I'll email support and see if they can help.

We are missing the first game of the day. We played two that day (with a two hour gap).

Man, I hope we didn't somehow delete a game. I can't imagine making that mistake, but anything is possible in the chaos of moving dugouts and getting set up for the next game. I'll report back if/when we get it resolved.

EDIT: I just noticed the scorecast is ok. I emailed support. We'll see what happens.

FTM fixed my issue as soon as they got the email by undeleting the game and letting me import it to my device. Unbelievable customer service! Thanks guys!
