Can’t buy MLB Rosters

I tried to purchase the 2021 rosters through the app on my iPad. The purchase seem to go through, and in fact Apple shows that I did pay for the purchase, but I never got the rosters. Thankfully, Apple can tell I did not get the rosters and will likely refund my money, but I’m not looking for a refund, I want to get the rosters! Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution to it?

When I did it on Android they didn't send me an activation code but when I clicked "refresh" (just below where you enter the code) it downloaded the current rosters.
