SportsEngine import - wrong number of innings

The SportsEngine guys seem to go back and forth on whether iScore is/will be supported, and in any case, the import/export implementation is a black box that is difficult for administrators to troubleshoot. Hopefully there is someone here who uses this integration hundreds of times a year like we do, so we can trade tips.
Anyway, when we "Discover Game" via SportNgin integration, the box score is appearing as 7 innings. At first, this was due to our season settings in SE's "Sport Management" page defaulting to 7 innings. I fixed that in SportsEngine, then manually deleted all 100+ future games, and then re-imported the schedule. This fixed the appearance of the games on the SE site itself, but when we Discover the Game in iScore, the box score still shows 7 innings, and the game will end after the 7th if you don't change it.
The funny thing is, when you go to change it via the settings icon in the lower right corner of the game scoring screen, it is *already* set to 9 innings. If you delete that number 9 and put in a new 9, then the 8th and 9th innings appear.
This would be a minor annoyance, except that this procedure also seems to completely break the scores/stats export from iScore to SportsEngine, which is a major issue for us. Has anyone observed similar behavior with this integration? Thanks.
