Boxscore & Scorecard data missing on My Iscore Central

When I go to "My Iscore Central" and attempt to download a boxscore or scorecard for games this is the message I receive.

"Could not find scorecard. Have the scorekeeper email the scorecard from within iScore and that will store a copy on the server as well."

But that info is on my iPad within the app.

I have attempted to do what the message reads but did not get the results it said would happen.
