No Activation Code

I purchased the add-on for the 2019 MLB rosters via the iScore website using PayPal on Friday, February 22. As of Sunday, February 24 I have still not received the activation code. I have also sent an email to the support email address and have not received any response. Can someone please investigate this and send the code to the Gmail address that is on file with PayPal and is the email address associated with my iScore forum account? Thank you.
