Another pitching delima

Post by RoundingThird » Tue May 05, 2009 8:26 am

We had a game where a player had 32 pitches, he's allowed 40 before rest rule is enforeced. We pulled him for another player to save his pitch count. Since he didn't leave the field of play we could put him back on the pitchers mound if we needed to. Well we needed to. His pitch count got all messed up his Strikes, Balls, and PIT we all set by his second stint on the mound. But his BF, R, ER, K, BB, HB were all correct.

Thanks for looking into this.

The pitch counts should be restored any time a pitcher goes back to the mound. I am wondering if maybe you used the lineup to make the position changes instead of clicking the defensive player icons to move people around?

If you haven't already done so, please watch the YouTube video part 2 as it covers the ways to make substitutions:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w6UeanYIgmo" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false

If that is the procedure you followed to make your pitching changes, we can take a look at your database to see what went wrong if you will export it to us (Options Menu, Export) and then send us an email with your customer ID to support@fasterthanmonkeys.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false (customer ID is in bottom left of Options Menu).

Thank you.
