Extra pitch added when pitchers change mid-at bat

I've had a number of situations where iscore seems to tack on an extra pitch to the departing pitcher's count when they leave in the middle of an at bat.

I've tried to replicate at home with a test game, but I don't seem to be able to. However, the situation is relatively common during regular games, so I've seen it a half-dozen times.

Is this a known issue? Any advice on how to best test (case management tool etc?)

My son's league is super-freaky about pitch count. So much so that when a player reaches his limit he has to stop, even if it is full count. If I turn in numbers saying that a kid threw 76 instead of 75 pitches it can have huge implications. It sounds trivial but some overly competitive parents take it *very* seriously.

We have not had this issue reported before. If you have a case where the pitches are not adding up correctly when looking back at the pitch by pitch (or on the scorecard) for a particular pitcher, we would like to see it. You can export your database to us by doing Options->Export and emailing us your customer ID (bottom left of Options screen). Pitchers should be able to change at any time, and the pitch counts should be tabulated correctly for each.

In case anyone was following this thread.... the user had entered pitches against a 12th batter in the lineup (the last batter), then deleted that batter, but did not Undo the pitches. This can happen if you don't notice that the 12th batter was not there. You just need to be sure to use Undo before deleting that batter.

So what wound up happening is the pitches were counted against pitchers in stats (as they should be), but were not seen on the scorecard because the batter they were pitched to was deleted from the lineup.

So this is all working as expected.
