MLB Stats - Not showing for all players

Good Afternoon,

I've just refreshed my MLB stats, and when I look up Justin Smoak, it shows his stats as all zero's.

That's when I realised, I had changed the team name from "Blue Jays" to "Toronto Blue Jays", does the MLB Add-ons not map to the player when their Team Name is updated?

For example, on Justin Smoak - It shows what his last game was scored as (as I scored it), but then below it shows the totals as all zero's...

But then I pull up Joey Votto and I get all zero's as well (I haven't changed the Reds team name), so now I'm confused...

I'm using iScore for Android Tablet and I double checked MLB Add-on is showing "Current"

Thanks for your help,

This has been reported before along with incorrect batting averages -- so far no fix. Search forum on MLB.

I believe this is a "Stat Provider" issue. periodically on this forum, I see folks having various issues with stat sync. continue to surface them when you see them so support can investigate with their service provider.

renaming a team should be irrelevant, iscore maintains a Unique Team ID to use for sync, it does not change when you edit the readable team name.. Same for players by the way, unique ID maintained under the covers.
