iScore won't end a game. Although I program it for 7 innings and note all outs and it says "END GAME", whenever I go to GAME MANAGER it always goes back to the top of the 7th inning. When I go to PLAYER MANAGER, that game that does not get registered with an "F" for FINAL, DOES NOT SHOW UP on ANY PLAYERS STATS. I have updated iScore, I have turned off my phone and back on and I still can't seem to figure out why it doesn't want to end that game. It always goes back to the TOP of the 7th INNING and it's driving me NUTS

If you can export your database to us, we can take a look. Go to Options->Export, and email us directly at support@iscorecentral.com, and include your customer ID (bottom left of Options menu), and let us know which game is not ending.

You can always use Misc->End Game from the scoring screen to force Game Over as well.

I tried to EXPORT the database to you like you mentioned but every time I click on EXPORT it asks for confirmation to archive my current data for later import. I click OK and it kicks me out of iScore and nothing happens. So I click iScore again to open the program and same scenario as above.

Even if I click Misc->End Game it still shows up under GAME MANAGER as the TOP of the 7th inning. When I click on PLAYER MANAGER, it's as if the players never played THAT GAME because it does not show up, I'm assumming it doesn't show up because it thinks that the game is not over and it's still going on in the Top of the 7th. Please help guys. I need stats for my brother's High School baseball team to be accurrate and they only have one more game left before playoffs start and this is their senior year.
