We have one league with all of our players in it and played 2 new games today but unfortunately its keeping cumulative stats since they were all in one group rather than just this new year is there anyway to fix this without rescoring the entireity of the games?

Just assign this year's games to a new league, and then enable only that league to see the stats for this year's games only. See this link in the iScore Manual:
