MLB lineups

Have paid for the 2018 MLB updates and lineups. At opening day yesterday the lineups wouldn’t load. It may have something to do with the fact that I have 2 listings for each team, last year and this year. How do I get the lineups to load and, if I delete last year’s team, do those stats and spray charts go away?

Go to League Manager and turn off last year's league there. Then when you create the games, you will be sure you are using this year's teams. Or, you can go to Game Manager -> Add Game -> Discover -> MLB and pull in games that way... then you are sure to be using this year's teams as well.
You will not lose the stats for historical games when turning off the 2017 league - it just hides them.
