Thanks. This particular user never had premium. He just downloaded the app. He has an iPhone. I will recommend uninstalling and reinstalling. I don't think he ever clicked sign in because he never registered but I will pass this info along.
Just to update, that client with the iPhone was able to get the audio after reinstalling.
