iScore can no longer discover SI Play League (fixed and Resolved)

I am with Little League International. We had our championship game last night and when attempting to discover and import the game in, iScore could no longer discover our league when searching through SI Play. I wanted to confirm if this may be due to a server roll between SI Play and iScore currently or if there may be a more specific issue with my league setup.
Any help appreciated.

Support will need to respond in moe detail.. as they can see both si play and iscore server status
but to help them, the specific name (or id) of league, team and game you were searching for
also, when was the Last time you were able to discover a game.. ie couple days ago, last week , last month etc.

Yes, please let us know the name of the league and team and we can find out exactly what is going on.

The League is McKinney Little League (there are two, one was a test league before we committed to SI Play).
The teams were Angels (Dunn) and Braves (Alvarez). Last game I was able to import in was last Thursday (10/26) when Angels (Dunn) played Rangers (Jacobs). I've tried numerous things and now iScore cannot find the league or the teams. Thankfully, all teams had been imported to my device earlier in the season so I was able to score our game last night. I did do an export after last Thursday's game and I am hoping that was not the reason.
