iScore & iScore Central not communicating (resolved)

Push notifications have not been working for the last couple months, but now the situation has worsened.
I as well most of our organization are paid subscribers about 15 - 20 accounts. We noticed the same issue starting about a month ago none of the push notifications were being sent out via iScore central from our iScore recording devices (2 iPhones and 1iPad). Not a huge issue because if we were aware of the game times we could log in and still watch the games in real time with the play by play interface.
I saw a lot of back-end activity this Monday (July 10th) a lot of our old games from months ago started getting pushed to all our devices. I though FANTASTIC iScore is working on the back-end getting the push notifications functioning again. Well the team is on the road right now in NJ we are still not getting the push notifications ... even worse now the play by play function is no longer working as either.
We collectively saw one game start then hang on the 2nd inning. I called the person recording the game he had full bars and a LTE data connection. I asked him to turn off the score casting then turn it back on our devices then showed the 5th inning score but still was not giving the play by play. It appears whatever updates that were done to the system this week really mucked up the software! HELP!! We have an entire organization counting on this software working ... and our Team is heading off to Nationals in 2 weeks and many of the families that cannot make it are counting on this software to function properly so they can stay dialed in with the team.
Your looking into this matter is greatly appreciated. We are lost without our updates!
