@andrew, sorry you are having an issue, but not enough detail for me to be able to help much ....

    • I have not seen any forum posts indicating there is a systemic issue with team web site stat consistency.
If your team web site stats are not displaying as expected (Team, Pitcher, Player), there is likely a substitution issue in a game or a team, player, game league assignment issue causing it on your handheld device. the Device and Website will match when correct league assignments are made and option > export is up to date. .
If you want to share your team web site URL address and I would be glad to take a look and respond back troubleshooting tips...

Also, i would want to know what your device says when "All" league enabled for the suspect Team, Pitcher, Player stats.

if you would like further help troubleshooting and resolving, please reply back and with detailed description of your information ...

@andrew, we will be glad to help you through your new coaches learning curve and any questions/issues you have.

#1 - Have you done an "Option > Export" to make sure Team Web site is up to date with any edits you have done on the handheld device.

#2) for this particular problem, I can now access your team site which helps, but what am i looking for? what you described before (see below) I do not see an issue ....
  • what are you seeing that does not look right.? I need more specifics to point me in a direction of your concern?
  • For any issue you see on the team Web site, What does your hand held device say (when ALL league is on) ? (as the two should not be out of sync) If the handheld is correct, then just update the team web site with Option > Export ,
Andrew wrote:i have a website Pitching stats are wrong on main page but correct when i go on player
#3) When i look at your team web site,
  • I see 11 pitchers and their innings pitched in the team list matches each one when i click on their name

#4) that said,
in a quick scan of pitcher innings, I did find oddities in two games were pitcher innings do not match expectations, (new scorekeeper? for both these games perhaps or post game edit and stats not recalculated or not Option > Exported?)
  • a)Jack Peruso 0.24 innings pitched is unusual .. looks like you have pitcher substitution issues in 7/8/17 Legion North Haven U-17 at Legion Stratford U-17. you have 7 inning game with Jack Peruso 0.24 innings Tyler Vancho - 0.16 innings Zachary Fedak - 0.12 innings.

    b) Leo Konopka 6.21 innings pitched. .21 is unusual (normally .33 or .66). looks like you have pitcher substitution issues in 6/28/17 Legion North Haven U-17 at Legion Milford U-17 Leo Konopk 0.28 innings.
#5) For both these games.. go back to game and see what is going on,
the first step for me would be to force a stat and scorebook recalc. and check if that fixes. and if so, then re email scorecard to yourself and update team web site with option > export.
  • here is how .. for each game
    1) Device > iscore > game Manager > (game) > score game > at game over screen, hit UNDO and then REDO > then Exit,
    2) check pitching stats game1.
    3) Email Scorebook to yourself to updated team web site with new scorebook. (yes updates when you email)
    4) repeat 1-3 for second game
    5) Option > Export. (to update rest of team web site)

@andrew - before you read all the detail in the post just before this.
  • Have you done an "Option > Export" to make sure Team Web site is up to date with any edits you have done on the handheld device?. the issue and fix may be as simple as that
if you have made edits on your handheld device and not updated the stats locally on the device or the team Web site with option > export - than that is an easy fix

If after Option > export you still have inconsistencies on your handheld device and team web site, Read the detail in my prior post

Most likely you have the guest password and administrator password set to same value
(Or perhaps have non allowed character like an apostrophe in pasword)

Easy to fix
Change the administrator password on your device OPTIONS >ADMIN WEB SITE > CHANGE PASSWORD

Then try again on team web site
