two games are the source of pain, where Bombers play Commadors, and CODY WILSON plays for Commadors (not Bombers, but both taking credit for his stats)

6/4/17 Commadors at Bombers 5 PA
5/28/17 Bombers at Commadors 5PA

Cody Wilson plays for the Commadors for both these two games. even though both teams are roster batting, cody is only batting for commodores and only in the line up for commodores for each game- both teams are taking credit for his plate appearances and stats.. cody only shows on one team in review of scorecard and game box score. In player manager he is only counted at bats singularly, but in team manager stats, both teams claim the 10 at bats. throwing bombers off.

.......
I thought the program would roll up stats to only the game line up he played on. but it appears to be double counting the 10 at bats for these two games to both teams under team manager > team stats.

could this be an android version issue?

Support here's another strange bug for the android... When I import the same games from our tablet which is android to my iphone they are right and I can email correct stats please fix this android bug.

@ support , the device used by Codeman0013 that had the issue is an elipsis 8 android tablet running the current iscore version 4.51.329,

this is related to the post at viewtopic.php?f=5&t=12018&p=48693#p48693

I concur with this. I have duplicated my Database from iOS to my Android tablet (both devices tied to same email, used Manage Data - Copy From/To Here - Import on Android). Looking at a team on iOS, "Player A" shows 3 games played, while on Android it shows 6. Not quite sure what's going on here. I've done the "wipe out" a couple of times to make sure nothing got duplicated somehow, but nothing changes.

UPDATE: I should add that this specific player was a "pickup/pool player" for our team in the season, and then we played his team throughout the season. After he played for us, I marked him as Inactive for our roster assuming that would "disable" him for our roster/stats. I will also add that I am seeing duplicate dates for this player. But nothing is really adding up. This player played for us ONE time this past season. Even in iOS it shows he played 3 games for our Team, of which he only played ONE. I think there needs to be a better setup for handling "pickup/pool" players that will also exist on other teams rosters in the same League. Perhaps the best way to handle this would be to NOT use an existing player that is connected to another Team in the same League, but create a new player for that individual when they are going to be in a pickup game. I wonder if these 2 could be easily merged after the fact, without screwing anything up...

@ support , Have you been able to simulate the issue and replicate. to prove or disprove if an Android bug ?
workarounds for the users current pains have been resolved (by transferring to iOS devices), but this seems like it may be a bug in current Android version 4.51.329, (but not in iOS v 5.020 ) hoping you could validate or disprove this issue as it does not appear to be working as expected and described in FTM support post.

Issue seen on two different android tablets both running the most current iscore version 4.51.329,
(assuming since different hardware, the issue is software code)

  • the device used by Randy21m is Samsung Tab
  • the device used by Codeman0013 is an elipsis 8

oversimplifying, here is a simple example
    1) player joe is on two rosters - Team A and Team B
    2) Team A and Team B play each other. and share Player joe .
    3) joe plays for team A in one game, and then Joe plays for Team B in second game
(Joe only in one team game line up per game) .

    4) IOS will correctly show
    • Team A Stats - joe played 1 game (and have stats for only the one game)
    • Team B Stats - joe played 1 game (and have stats for only the one game)
    • Player Manager - joe Stats - 2 games (correct)
    5) Android reportedly will incorrectly show
    • Team A Stats - joe played 2 games (and have combined stats for both games )
    • Team B Stats - joe played 2 games (and have combined stats for both games )
    • Player Manager - joe Stats - 2 games (correct)
If you need more detail on test case, Let me know. but i do not have access to android device to simulate.

@ support, have you been able to replicate this scenario and confirm it is an issue for android and if so confirm it is on the list for future fix consideration?
