Post game substitutions do not update stats (resolved)

I have upgraded to the latest version (v4.51.329) and it seems that if I make a substitution after the game has ended, then the stats do not get calculated to take the changes into account.

I have tried force stopping the application, turning off the phone but when I email the game the csv files do not contain my subs. This has worked in prior versions.

normally the stats update as you go when you use post game play by play, editor, .... but in some rare cases it may not, but there are couple ways to maually quickly re force stat updates.

1) Make sure game over, ... go back to main scoring screen, make sure you see the Game Over Screen, (if not game over, then you need to force game over, Misc > end game). then exit back to Game info page (this process forces a update of stats and pdf scorecard)

2) TO just update stats, from a stats page (team manager, or game manager) for a team or a game, you will see a RECALC button in the upper right corner. you can use that to force re calc.

try those,

If those two do not work, then we need to trouble shoot deeper, Will need to review your Game Line up, and make sure you you do not have an unintentional duplicated player or miss assigned league issue going on.

please post back on progress, resolution or if more questions

Thanks for the reply.

The scoring screen says game over. I have gone back to the Game info page. I have pressed the recalc button.

It just doesn't seem to calculate the stats correctly for subbded players. For instance, I have player A who played 5 innings in the field then subbed him for player B who played 4 innings in the field. If I look at the fielding stats from the info page it tells me player A has 27 out played and player B has 12 outs played. Then when I email the stats the csv doesn't contain player B. I don't email excel stats because some of those are empty (another bug that I am not worried about).

Do I get the game to you from my Admin site?

When you did a recalc, did you do a "CALC ALL" or "KEEP MY EDITS"?

do both players batting stats look correct? (I assume we are not talking a pitcher, so just batting and fielding stats of concern)

How did you do the sub? (real time or post game in edit mode?)
did you sub BOTH for offense and defense? (remember iScore does not automatically assume both, to allow for double switches and leagues were subs are not 'paired') .

Have you reviewed the Pitch by Pitch Editor for the substitution entries to make sure 'make sense' . (review the inning before and after, the sub to make sure the fielder assignments look right)

Have you looked at the position by position fielding stats (may have to enable by gear icon if not on by default)

the Stat "OP" = outs played. but there are also by position stats for out played for player A and B (i.e. not just OP but also OP1, OP2, OP3... As appropriate)
Player A OP# = ?
Player B OP# = ?
that will give a clue to possible source of discrepancy

I do not have access to your data, only support can. and they would need an email to support@iscoresports.com with your user ID and description of issue etc.
(if you wanted to email me off line, and excahnge your user id and and a temporary password, I could look at your game)

I was playing around with it and got it to work. Although, it seems wrong in my opinion.

I made my offensive and defensive changes at the beginning of the bottom of the 5th. We were home so it was our at bat. This caused iScore to not set G to 1 on the fielding stats of my subbed in guys.

So I decided to remove the defensive changes and I made and instead make them at the beginning of the top of the 6th (when we next went into the field). This worked! My subbed in guys now have a 1 in the G column and they appear in the csv in the email. :D

I think this is only an issue in post game end substitutions.

Thanks for your help.
