Is there a reason that the hitting chart is showing a lot of balls it on the line that i know are in fair territory when i score it but then the next at bat it is foul? or when the ball is hit to the fence and i mark it as such it looks like it is it to the middle of the outfield? I am using a samsung galaxy 8" tab E to score.

I just did a few test samples on my iPhone, and did not seem to have issue.
(do have to be careful and not accidentally slide finger on entry and change place of ball)

that said, here is a related thread , on issues with Android devices

I also looked on my team web site for a whole season, and quick glance seemed about right. noting jumped out as miss placed.

Where are you viewing the hit Charts?

I am viewing them on the Galaxy Tab E. the same device that i'm keeping score on. it seems to happen when the batter get ups to bat a second time. i can also go into the iscorecentral and look at hitting charts and it doesn't look the same way when i score it. some of the fly balls that go to middle outfield in the game are showing to go over the fence in the hitting chart

If you can replicate it, You should email support@iscoresports.com with your user ID and exact details how you can replicate, so they can 'see it'.

I tried on my iPhone, having players bat, 2nd and 3rd time and no effect, still can not replicate ..

@ support, were you able to replicate this issue? is it a specific hardware Galaxy Tab E issue or a broader android or iOS concern?

notice there is an iPad user also saying having issue

This is the same issue reported in another thread where some Android devices do not report their dimensions / densities properly and it throws off calculations.

I am new to iscore so I've been scoring recorded WS games to get the hang of it as well as sharing and emailing team stats to the coach. I noticed when looking at player hit charts on my Galaxy 8s some hits ie fly outs sre showing out of the park.
