Export Failure (resolved)

I'm using Android 4.50.402. Every since yesterday every time I try to export, it gets to 99% done and fails. Need some help here. Thanks

I just exported my devices and seems to be working fine. IScore Servers seem to be working. almost always this turns out to be network/internet connectivity issues with device. Try again today, and try on different wifi network if possible. If this persists, and you have verified network connectivity and quality, post back .

Export still fails. Have been unable to try it on another network. My device seems to be working fine on my network with other apps such as email, and internet. So don't know what is going on

try changing your admin password ...

Options > Admin > password

Then try Option > Export again

Don't use apostophy in password, keep it simple

I changed my password and the Export failed again upon reaching 99%

If you email your customer ID to support@iscoresports.com and reference this thread, we can check our servers to see if there are any errors that tie back to your account.

Also went to Best Buy and connected to thier network. Export "Failed"

support will have to look at your customer ID and data to try and identify the issue.
