I can not say that i have done much to help.. but support is really good about this stuff.

When was the last time you successfully OPTION > EXPORTED? do you know? if you have scored any games since then they would have not been updated to the my.iscorecentral.com admin site (back up server)

I did have a thought while waiting on support, I do not have an android device with me at the moment, but Look under Options and See if you have a Synchronization Sub menu (i think you do). If so, take a look at that and see if it is enabled and and if anything looks odd under SEND- if any games Queued Up or Waiting to be sent.

this will also give you confidence which games Are safely stored on the synch server.

We got your email in support. The issue is your database size is very large (you have scored over 1,200 games) and it was causing the server to run out of memory when you export. We increased the amount of memory allocated to the server process so you should be able to export now.

That being said, if you are just doing the exports for backup purposes, the Sync files are probably the better option as they just send individual games instead of the entire database to the server. Nothing should be required for the sync process to work - it should just be happening and can be checked under Options as OhioTex has previously mentioned.

It should be OK to continue doing the Export if you would like, but we imagine it takes quite some time to transfer all the data when you do this.
