Player card spray charts (answered/open, unique to specific Android.Hardware)

This issue is more of an annoyance, and doesn't affect the functionality. But...

When I go to view a hitter's spray chart, using the "player card>hits" function, the field graphic doesn't seem to be scaled right. That is, the hit locations are shown as farther into the outfield / closer to the fence than where they were originally entered. I've had a couple players hit the ball just in front of the fence, and when I went back and viewed their spray charts from the players' cards, they showed up either on the fence or over the fence.

When I use the admin web site, and view hit locations from there, the locations are correctly placed.

I am using an Android based phone (not tablet), and have version 4.51.329 of the iscore app.

We do know there are some issues with some Android devices as manufacturers do not always report there dimensions and DPI correctly. Can you let us know specifically which phone you are using?

I'm using a Motorola Droid turbo, running Android version 6 (marshmallow). I figured it had more to do with the phone than the app, since the spray charts on the admin web interface look fine. Thanks for checking on it.

@ support - where you able to replicate the issue on the identified hardware and decide if an isolated android hardware issue or a broader software concern.

As noted, Android manufacturers do not all report there true dimensions / DPI correctly and that throws off the calculations when we go to display the data. There is not a way for us to identify all the manufacturers that do this. Our hope is that the manufacturers stop doing this or correct it in their software updates and the hit charts will then be able to display properly.
