Had to factory reset my tablet. (answered)

Post by blockscott » Fri Apr 14, 2017 5:48 am

I had to factory reset my tablet, so I exported the data in iscore first to collect recent scored games...then i reset my tablet and reinstalled app. Now I have a different customer id and can't retrieve all my data. Need help, we have 2 games tomorrow morning!

I know my old customer code, but can't look up the password for it as I've reset the device.

Thanks

Email us at support@iscoresports.com with the old customer ID and we can reset the password for you. You can then use the steps here to transfer all the data to your new account:

If you previously registered your old device ID to an email address as described here
http://iscoresports.com/baseball/kb/faq ... device.php)

you don't have to wait on support. you can copy your data yourself in less than 5 minutes

Here is how.
1) register new device to same email address,
http://iscoresports.com/baseball/kb/faq ... device.php)

2) copy database on my.iscorecentral.com (as support mentioned below)
http://iscoresports.com/baseball/kb/faq ... lldata.php
  • a) log onto my.iscorecentral.com with your registered email address
    b) go to account tab .. you will see both device IDs .
    c) Click manage data ..
    d) copy database from old to new ..
    e) new device > option > import
good to go in less than 5 min
