I am using an Android. When looking up Armstrong in the roster I am in player manager. There are two Armstrongs listed. One just Armstrong the other Jace Armstrong. Armstrongs stats are just 2016, while Jace Armstrong stats show both 2016 and 2017 stats

In team manager, I changed the only team listed Hays, and added 2017, when I checked the team roster for Hays 2017, the name is listed as Jace Armstron 2017. It is the only one listed. He has 17 games listed ,4 games in 2017 and 13 in 2016. He hit in only 8 of the 13 games in 2016. The others he was DH for. The 4 from 2017 and the 8 from 2017 might be where the 12 appears on the team stat page under games. Again there is no name on the team stat page except the word Total

If you did the recalc and it is still showing 12 games even though you have only scored 4, that sounds like you have the same player in the game lineup 3 times. Go to Game Manager, select a game, select pitch by pitch, tap game starts, and then Edit next to Lineup. Be sure each player is only listed in the lineup one time, and remove any duplicates. Also check the opponent team to see if you accidentally have your players listed there as well (we have seen some customers do this) and remove them if you do. Then recalc the stats again.

@ Support - please feel free to provide feedback on my recap and thoughts below .

@ HHSIndians - please feel free to read and reach out to me by email

My working hypothesis is the team2017 in the team manager is not the team associated with the four scored 2017 games. (i.e. the underlying TEAM ID has been dissociated from the games - user reportedly had done some player and team merging before posting issue)

in troubleshooting (per below thread) user reportedly has
* checked all four scored game line ups for both teams (his and theirs) for potential duplicate player and reports no duplications
* done recalc on all four scored games stats and recalc on team stats. . Opponent team stats good, His team stats blank
* reviewed his players stats from under Player manager > Player > Stats and all 4 2017 games represented correctly
* verified all his 2017 players are in Team2017 team roster and even clicked through each 2017player to verify their stats exist (team manager > team2017 > Roster > 2017Players > Player Stats ..)

My next step with user will be to validate the hypothesis of team/game disassociation. Will have user add a TEST PLAYER to Game line up, and Copy line up back to team Roster, and then check team manager roster to see if test player exists . (expect not)

if that validation goes as expected, thinking the resolution will be to a) back up his data, b) Data Share 'Out' his games to second device, c) Remove games from first device, d) then Data Share games back into first device - in the mapping process find NEW team associated with the four games and "players existing" . e) Repeat for each game.

when done, the team in team manager will have the right players and games associated to it .

Since I only have 4 games, would it be possible to run off the scorecard for each game and then rescore.
IF so what do I delete and how do I set the team name up.Do I have to delete the team Hays first and then Can I just use Hays again and assign it to a league such as HHS2017. What about the Hays players that are in the player manager, d0 I need to delete them to avoid confusion. We only havh a 12 man roster

you can always rescore the games.

If you want to try and recover, you can email me and we can walk through the steps, (a side benefit is you will learn more on how to use data sharing).

but of course, you always have the option to just rescore the game, start fresh. a rule of thumb about 30 min a game.

Email yourself the pitch by pitch (game manager > game > edit > email ) and the scorecard and use that to score the game anew. score the new games before you delete the old games or old team.

You can create new games in a new league if you want or use HHS2017. BUT since you are having issues with the team in team manager, I would definitely Start with a brand new fresh team aka "HAYS- 2017(new)" (you can rename later, but you want to make your names very distinct till all cleared up, i.e. HAYS-2016, HAYS-2017(old) , HAYS-2017(new).

Create team (aka HAYS-2017(new) > roster > add player > Pick the players from the player manager list > Save

then score a new game. Game Manager > New Game > HAYS-2017(new) , You can go ahead and re use the Existing opponents their stats will "just double" until you delete the original games. (a good cross check by the way)

Score the games

After scoring , check your team manager > Hays-2017(new) > team stats .... does it all look right? if so, then you can delete the old games.

Before you delete the HAYS-2017(old). make sure your HAYS-2016 is fine. If HAYS-2017(old) has 2016 games, you do not want to delete the team, just rename to HAYS-2106.

Would I have to delete my players from the player manager to avoid confusion before setting up my team roster again?
After rescoring do I delete the old team name Hays?
And since I am having issues, should I set up a new league for Hays 2017 Team Name
