Import Roster from League Athletics (answered)

I've been trying to import my roster from League Athletics and it's not working. I was able to "discover game" and import the game. But the roster didn't come with it. Any ideas?

unfortunately, i do not have league athletics credentials to test. . But I do have support emails for both (and phone# for League Athletics). both are now owned and run by SiPlay so they should be able to fix quickly.

Depending on how soon your game is, you may want to start an email thread with both, give as much details as you can, (game, team etc) .
(for iscore, type of device, and device ID always helps )

Most likely a permissions issue with your account in League Athletics. You should contact support with the details of your account (which league, what email you are logging in with, which game) and someone there would be able to help. You can email support@iscoresports.com with the details.
