Reviewing some old games I discovered at least a couple of games are missing. Oddly the missing games show up in the "Scorecasts" list in my.iscorecentral.com but do not show up in the "Exported" list. It's not like me to forget to export every evening after scoring games. It's also unlikely that I imported rather than exported...but anything is possible I suppose. Anyway, just sharing this for ideas/opinions. I've included links to screen shots showing the missing games between the two pages. I haven't checked each game to see if any others are missing...I believe I've scored around 400 games going back to 2012.

Sorry, Bill - I don't have any good hypothesis.

I am going to suggest you email support@iscoresports.com . explain your situation, include Device ID, and link to the forum post. They can "look under the covers" at the internal team and game IDs as well as the sync, scorecast and export servers to perhaps explain.

obviously you are a veteran user, and on first pass thoughts, I can't come up with a reason beyond deleted the game, but generally on a game delete the scorecast goes away too, or somehow the score sync sc and export servers got out of sync. .


P.S. I am an oklahoma state cowboy alum and lived a few years in Tulsa..

I've got a similar problem, and am following this thread. I scored some travel ball games back in the fall -- no problem. I got all organized for the rec league season, and was able to discover my kid's team's games from the league website. So far, I've successfully scored (and scorecasted) 3 games. I promptly exported all three games after each were completed. I was even able to go into the play-by-play shortly afterward and make some scoring adjustments. But in each case, within about 2-3 hours after the game, the games are gone from the Game Manager on the scoring device. The strange thing is, the games still show up on the admin web site, and the player's stats for the games (including spray charts) show up on the phone. The old games from last fall still show up when I include all leagues, but my 3 rec league games from April of this year still do not show up in game manager.

I ended up using the admin web site version to get the box scores and scoring charts to send to the coach, but would really prefer to use phone.

Maybe me and OKProspects can find something in common with our games to narrow down what the issue is.

My Suggestion was to make sure " ALL" LEAGUE is ON . but you sorta mentioned that in your comment.
Please re confirm, With ALL LEAGUE ON, the APRIL games are NOT in the GAME MANAGER ON DEVICE

If this is the case, Please send an email to Support@iscoresports.com with your Device ID and description of the issue, and i suggest a link to this forum. they can look under the covers at your database and perhaps see what is up.

historically, devices have never had games 'disappear' unless deleted or hidden by not having ALL league on.

I found my games! They apparently moved to the end of the game manager list after they were completed, which wasn't exactly expected. So, chalk it up to user error.

@ OKProspects = ? did you and support resolve?
