Missing Player Data (answered - use leagues, pending user reply back)

Post by JPShinn » Wed Mar 22, 2017 9:54 am

All,

I have a glitch in v.5.010 for iPad Mini. I created a team and scored the game. I can see the players under the roster designation of the team but when I click on an individual player, it comes up with his number only. There are no names, etc. It also then fails to export any stats for an individual. While I can see all of the per player stats in the team view, when I use player view, it shows that player as not being assigned to any team and therefore without any stats.

Any thoughts on issue resolution are most appreciated.

Thanks,
John

I resolved the issue as follows: in Team view, I went into leagues and then de-selected and then re-selected the proper league. That prompted me to add active players the roster, thus fixing the issue.

Thanks,
John

What you experienced is not having your teams/players/games assigned to appropriate leagues.
By Design, When you have leagues enabled they only show players/teams/game data for those enabled leagues. Other league data is "hidden" from view.
sounds like you had players/teams/games on your device 'hidden' as you had some leagues enabled but some player/team/game not assigned to the enabled leagues.

the enable/disable trick you used was smart. the 'add active roster players to league' is the equivalent of going through your roster and assigning each player on team one by one to a league. the trick you used saves time.

now that you have down that.. some things you may want to consider
  • You may also want to enable the special "all league" and check your player manager to make sure you do not have any unintentional duplicate players.
  • You may also want to read some user tips on leagues in this thread viewtopic.php?f=3&t=1531
