iScorcast career stats - any way to filter to current league(s)? (answered)

I've created a new roster for my son's high school team, starting with the roster from last year. Some of the players returned from last year, so their career stats in iScorecast include last year. I'd like to limit that to this year only. I've got different leagues for each year.

If I go to each of the returning players and remove them from last year's league, will iScorecast only use data from the active leagues (this year)? If I do this, will I be able to retrieve data from deactivated leagues be deleted?

Or, is it possible to copy a player and then change the league so that I can in effect create two players, one for last year, one for this year?

YES - This is Easy to fix. Many do as you describe.

1) Log into my.iscorecentral.com (user name and password can be found on your device under Options > Admin)

2) Go to "Settings" (top of window, upper right , yellow text )

3) Change the drop down menu under scorecast> statistics
(Select stat filtering option - All, None, or specific league:)

* you want to change from "ALL stats for Player " to "Your 2017 League name"


(I have requested on separate thread, that support enable users to change the label on iscorecast, would be great in your case to say 2017 YTD instead of Career. Please consider going to that thread and echoing your support viewtopic.php?f=4&t=11644)

Thanks for the quick response, that worked perfectly (well, except that career stats don't include current game stats).

that is true, it is not updated dynamically for current game. It represents, Coming into the game stats .. that would be a much bigger programing challenge to update dynamically.. but believe me, for the price . this is much more information than viewers otherwise get.
