PDF scorecard not updating in gamemanager (resolved)

hello all, i on the android version, and i made a substitution update in the play by play and saved it, then went to all the batting, pitching and fielding and did a recalc, but the sub is still not showing up in the scorecard under game manager or in the scorecard i emailed to myself.

is there a way to recalc the scorecards?

there is an easy, but non intuitive, trick to fix this... "Force PDF ScoreCard Update"

Gary - to "force" the PDF Scorecard to update, you just go back to the main scoring 'game over' screen. The simple action of entering and exiting the game over screen forces the recalculation of the scorecard. Upon entering the Game Over screen, you can even verify the update has happened by clicking on Tool Icon and Scorecard and see the updates. (I want to be clear you do not need to undo to refresh the scorecard). You can simply return to Game Info screen and email the updated scorecard. {As an aside, if you have a team web site subscription associated with the game, the act of emailing the scorecard will also trigger an update to the Team Web site ).

@Support, a nice feature update to consider for future , would be to include a Scorecard Update button from the game info screen, b/c this undocumented action has tripped up many a user before... Could be behind the scenes programing based of of changes from the game info screen (editor) or additional code to the existing RECALC button, or even a new RECALC button on the Scorecard Views (home|visitor from game info screen), .. all of this would make more sense to the end user than the need to go back to Game over Screen to force scorecard update

Ohiotex, yea i've done that too, one thing i see under the pitching stats is the 3 pitchers that pitched and their correct stats, but the scorecard has no subs under the original player's name. Which is weird as it seems like it worked fine in the past. Emailing doesn't show anything either.

I see from your user name, you are a multi year user , not a newbie.. and from your first post i am assuming you are 100% confident you have the subs right in the play by play and confirmed with the Stat lines.

I am not on an android device, so maybe a quark in android, the next level tip i have is to go 'go deeper' to force PDF scorecard update by going into game over screen, undo and repeat the last play

couple things to make note of BEFORE you undo, Make sure you know what the last play was that your are going to re enter. (by reading the play by play before), 2) also make note of the Original End time. before you do this. and then manually reset end time after Undo/redo.

ok after trying several things, i got the scorecard in the game over screen to look right, but after Exit(ing) and emailing the PDF sent is not what i see on my phone.
I've tried to close Iscore,rebooted my phone, email just the scorecard in issue, redoing the sub in play by play.

Ok, i will admit, this is odd. If it is showing correctly on your phone you should get the same in email. Here is an idea , Try emailing to a second email address if possible. (I am shooting in the dark a bit here i know)

don't know why, but i sent it to my work email and it is right.
now let me change my email back to home and see if it fixes it.... strange....
