import games (answered)

on 6/11/16, I have exported our datas as a back up on the iScore web site/server.
Since then, we have played 24 games but 2 games are missing (played on 6/14/16) when looking under GAME MANAGER meaning the stats are also missing under TEAM MANAGER (Team Stats) for those 2 games

Today, 7/09/16, I did an IMPORT so as to get an update and at the same time, retrieve the 2 missing games....bad news!! I have received all the games up to 6/11/16, missing the 22 games from 6/11/16 to 7/8/16 (plus the 2 missing games played on 6/14/16)

What happened to all my missing games?
It began with 2 missing games and now, after importing my datas, my GAME MANAGER shows me all the games up to 6/11/16 with 24 games total missing

How do I recuperate those games??

Likely bad news. You clicked through the warmings when option > importing

You basically replaced your device data (7/9) with data from last export (6/11). Anything scored locally and not exported between 6/11 and 7/9 lost

You should option > export regularly and only option > import on rare occasions

Now here is where perhaps a life line...
But before we go there ..

When originally you could not find your games, your next step ahould have been in league manager to turn ALL league on. ( do that now).
ALL LEAGUE unhides any potentially masked games by leaguea

not lets try to recover lost games

Hopefully you had iscorecast enabled (option >isocrecast =on) and data synchronization (option > synchronization ) enabled between 6/11 and 7/9 and 'broadcast' your games . If so perhaps recoverable.

(Check your isocre cast and data synchronization setting under options . Hopefully you have enabled)

Now lets go to option > data shareing > get from web data base... Enter device id and password (found under options > admin website)..

But instead of device id xxxxxx Add "sc:" infront so sc:xxxxxxxx where xxxxxx is your device id.
Enter password.. You are looking at the iscorecast server and if you see your game you can share them back to your device

Let us know of that works and for how many games

You can also use "sync:" instead of "sc:" and you will most likely find your games that way.

yes
but still have a problem with this player stats who was traded.
With team A, he had No 5 and now with team B, is has No 39

I tried to merge but it did not work. Now we have to make his stats with Excel from Microsoft Office

When merging, I dont know whom was No 5 and who is No 39...so as to merge properly one into the other. We only get the player's name

The most important was to get all the missing games otherwise, there was no more need to keep the stats
Thank again guys

Merging is not reversible.

But depending on your situation and what you have done ..maybe we can fix that too .

You can easily have a player on multiple teams and be able to see stats seperate by team and in total for career. What iscore does not support is having same player playing himself in same game in both home and away line up at same time ( if that is case different solve)

The jersey number is not a critical factor. It can be fixed/changed. Person can have multplie jersey numbers , eg home and away or team A and team B jerseys.

What is important is who is showing up in what game lineups. Players play on teams who play in games and collect stats. We just have to make sure that is clean. Right player, on right team in right games. Thats it

To trouble shoot
turn on ALL LEAGUE in league manger
( this is for troubleshooting to make sure nothing hidden)

Go to player manager and see if you really only have PLAYER listed once ( if multiple, for touble shooting, edit name so we can tell PLAYER-A and PLAYER-B apart) . More than likeky we will merge them later if they are the same real person.

In player manger look at each PLAYER stats, (player card) take notes. What teams and leagues is he assigned to? ..what games does he have stat rows for?.... Do these assignments make sense ?? - right teams and leagues and games? make notes of any assignment 'issues' and go fix or report back here what you found and more detail on "issue"s ..

Next you want to go through all your games, one by one that the PLAYER is in and edit starting line up with jersey #

for each game, go to pitch by pitch editor, game starts event and review both home and away line ups . Make sure player only listed once and on one team only. In the starting line up you can update jersey number. If player is not in line up snd should be report back ( you can just add him in starting line up)

After you go through every game , you can now go to Team manager and make sure correct PLAYER on each team A and Team B roster. And assign jersey number if needed for future games.
You now have TEAM A Stats w player and TEAM B stats w player . When you go to player in player manager get career stats all teams

This is a lot of instruction on very little info. If i am off base or you have more questions post back and we will try and help more

this is a long delay, isn't ??!! Sory about that.

For your info, we could not merge the player from team A to team B... but, with Excel (M.Office), we could manage an abra-cadabra trick to get all the stats togheter of this player.
The season have just end. All the stats are up to date, everybody is happy and me too because of your help.
Great site, great people...bunch of thanks and see you next year... autumn is at our door
Best regards
