Player positions blank on HTML viewer
Player positions blank on HTML viewer
When defensive positions change the don't always appear on the iPhone viewer. Example http://data.iscorecentral.com/iscorecas ... a42156a716" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;.
Re: Player positions blank on HTML viewer
Ther can be cache issues. Refresh or reload tends to resolve

Re: Player positions blank on HTML viewer
I tried reloading and had same issue. Here are links I am using. Check the Bruins vs Ambush on 03/28/15 or Bruins vs Inside Edge 14 White on 03/28/15. The PC viewer is OK but the HTML is not.

Re: Player positions blank on HTML viewer
I scored two games this weekend so far and the problem still exists. Fortunately I didn't have many position changes. It seems most irritating to people following on Scorecast. They like to know where their gandkids, nephews, etc are playing.
Re: Player positions blank on HTML viewer
I notice this when you make an offensive substitution without a corresponding defensive substitution. It should resolve itself when you make the defensive sub when they go out on defense. If you know both sides of the substitution when it occurs, than you can take care of both at the same time.
Re: Player positions blank on HTML viewer
Continue to raise the issue in the forum and support will prioritize as they deem appropriate based on customer feedback and future product plans..
FYI what I have seen is the The HTML viewer fixes are generally low priority.. If my memory serves correctly, the viewer was originally a 'stop gap' measure when iPhone and iPad were not able to do flash and html5 was not widespread .that once the more graphical iscorecast was created inhtml5 they HTML only viewer would not be supported and go away. Some users in the forum asked to keep it around longer while in transition.. (and in fact I like it a lot for phone and quick score) but I am afraid it is low on developer work list

Re: Player positions blank on HTML viewer
Thanks for the feedback. I generally have between 15-20 people following our boys baseball game with over half using the HTML version. This is a credit to the iScore product. When we play at a field with no scoreboard there are always several parents at the game who use their phones to know what the score is. It saves them having to ask me. The families love it.
