Mlb add on problems

Any chance this will be fixed for this year?

I had 2 problems:

1) the incorrect AB's causing the batting average to be wrong (see comment above);
2) some players having all zeroes on the total line on their stats page.

I don't want to pay for the MLB add-on again if these are still problems.

It's opening day and still no news on whether these problems have been fixed.

I also sent a note to support earlier this week but did not receive a response.

I would like to add my vote for this issue as well. I am experiencing the no total stats issue described above. See the screenshot attached.

Are there any updates? I paid $19.99 USD ($25.99 CAD) for this add-on and it still is not working.

I contacted Support about these 2 problems to see if they were fixed and here is the response I received:

"We have not changed the stats provider for stats this year. When we start getting actual stats for players from stats.com, we will take a look to see if there is anything we can do on our end to address this issue."

So, no fix.

Does anybody know if the incorrect calculation of the Batting Average happens without the MLB Add-on, so if you're scoring an amateur game does iScore count Sacrifices as AB's?

I haven't double checked lately, but historically, sacrifices were handled correctly and were not counted in AB. I'll try to double check later.
