Help END A GAME

Post by preluder5 » Fri Apr 30, 2010 10:20 am

Even if I click Misc->End Game it still shows up under GAME MANAGER as the TOP of the 7th inning. When I click on PLAYER MANAGER, it's as if the players never played THAT GAME because it does not show up, I'm assumming it doesn't show up because it thinks that the game is not over and it's still going on in the Top of the 7th. Please help guys. I need stats for my brother's High School baseball team to be accurrate and they only have one more game left before playoffs start and this is their senior year

per your other post on same topic.

Have you also emailed support at support@iscorecentral.com. If so i am surprised they have not responded and created a direct dialog with you on this.

This looks to be a unique issue with your device and being compounded by your export challange. I suspect, they are going to want to know what type of device you have , iphone, itouch, ipad, and software version and be sure to let them know if a jailbroaken device or not, so they can try and trouble shoot with you.

Have you tried exporting again, (sure you have a strong internmet connection when you do). Mant times a hard reset of iPhone helps, to clear memory leak problems with app exiting on you. try that if you are still crashing out on export attempt.

Yes, if you do an export and email us the information, we can take a look. We have not heard of this issue before, so it would be hard to suggest anything more without seeing your database. Thank you.
