Player jersey numbers incorrect on Stats

Post by kidglovs » Fri Mar 12, 2010 8:05 am

I just noticed after generating stats that the jersey numbers are incorrect on the stats page. I checked under team manager and they are in fact correct there for all players. I have exported to the server, optimized, then imported back to the device. Even after going through these steps, I still get incorrect jersey numbers when I generate the stats.

One note.... Three of the players in question, changed jersey numbers about a month ago.

Quick note, the individual game stats have correct jerseys. It is the cumulative stats that are incorrect

We use the jersey number from the first game used in the cumulative stats calculation. The first game may change for a variety of reasons (selecting a different league for example).

The League example is the one we intended to handle. We can not use the Jersey Number in the current Roster, because if you have games for a team in a different league, the Jersey Number will be different. We would not expect a player's jersey number to change within the same league during the course of a season. So as long as you are reporting for a single league, the jersey number will be correct. If you are reporting across leagues, it will just take the first jersey #.

You can always go back and edit the players in the games that have different jersey numbers to be the correct # if that is an issue.

Thank you.
