Recently, I wiped by iPhone and re-installed everything as a brand new device. Prior to the wipe, I exported all iScore data and confirmed it was on the website.
However, when I try to import the data, I get the following error:
Import Unsuccessful
The data could not be imported. However, your existing data was untouched.
I also noticed that my customer ID has changed.
Do I need to re-register my iphone so the website recognizes it?
Or can I change the customer ID back to what it was?
Or something else?

Import only imports from the same customer ID. So if you now have a different customer ID, import will not work to get the old data. If you register both customer IDs to the same email address, it is easy to transfer and recover your data however. See the following link for information on doing this:
