quick plays

I noticed this weekend on my ipad version that when you select like quick 6-3 the hit location screen does not default to a grounder.

Just tried this on an iPad, and it is defaulting to a Medium Grounder. What version of iScore are you running? Version is found on the title screen.

Sorry started this and never followed up.

I am using version 4.15 on a iPad 2. Problem existed in IOS 6.1 and still on 7.0.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the app this morning. I setup a game and tried it before re-importing previous games and it still defaults to medium line drive on all quick ground plays. Outfield flyballs are correct.

Thanks

Just tried again from here. Created a brand new game. First batter comes up. Slid finger up across the Out button and selected the 6-3 Ground Out, and it defaults to Medium Grounder.

If you can tell us the exact steps you are using, we can try reproducing again following your steps.

I just tried on iPhone4S iOS7 and iPad1 (iOS5) and not seeing the issue either - instead getting ground out defaults to medium grounder as expected.

specifically i tried , swipe out > 4-6-3 double play ... defaults to medium grounder..

I tried a number of quick plays (swipe out) and a number of hits before (including Hard Line drive, etc ) to try and see if picking up prior play. no impact, still get default medium grounder too. )

I am selecting the Out button, then Quick then any play. I can start the game and immediately select Out and have this occur.

I will see if I can record the screen when I get home.

I am not doubting you.. Just confused as not seeing it on my end

When you get home, just run through the steps. (Selecting OUT is different than SWIPE OUT ) .. (there is no Quick button) .. I am assuming you are meaning SWIPE OUT. (and then selecting a specific quick play button, which one and what is the scenario? if you can document it and repeat it, then we can have you send that info and your device id to support and they can try and produce on their end and find the bug .

When you just tap OUT the next screen has Out|Safe|Quick across the top.

I will try to swipe up and see if that works. I know on my android devices work both ways. Just switched to iPad since there were more features.

Thanks

Ok so it works by swiping up. Didn't realize that was a feature.

But I would think it should work the way I was doing it as well. It says grounder
