Website doesn't handle extended characters well

Website doesn't handle extended characters well

When including a name with an accent (such as Marcé) or other extended character, the website and generated PDFs via the website mangle the name Marcé becomes Marcé. Is there a way to enable support for these extended characters? They display correctly on my device.
