Time tracking

I would prefer an alert similar to the pitch count alerts where we could set the alert time according to the league rules. We have different time requirements for different leagues.

With a timer it might be a challenge to get it corrected if you didn't get it set right at the beginning of the game. With an alert that would trigger when the game time you set matched the game clock, you could fix it at any time during the game just like you can the pitch count.
