Winning/Losing pitcher and Quick Roster requests

Just had a chance yesterday to use iScore for the first time this season and I noticed something I hadn't before and also had a request on something that's been around awhile:

1) Usually when playing travel ball, I can always get the lineup card right at the start of the game. However, now the girl is playing high school ball and school coaches are crazy. They do not enjoy sharing anything, including the lineup. So I merely had to enter the opponent's jersey number as they came to bat or while in the field. No names were available. This is fine, except that when it came time to select the winning/losing pitcher at the conclusion of the game, all that was displayed were three blank lines. I had no idea which line went with which pitcher and couldn't be sure I selected the correct pitcher. Is it possible to also display the jersey number on this line?

2) When creating a Quick Roster, is it possible to add a third default last name? Currently we can choose "Letter" or "Number". I'd like to select "Nothing". Otherwise, I'm always having to go in and delete a bunch of letters that have no relevance to the actual names. If I get a lineup card with just first names, that's two extra clicks (click in the field/delete) to remove the stray digit. If they only have last names, I have to delete the stray character before typing the actual name. If I don't have names and just have jersey numbers, I'd still rather the names be blank than to have a stray "L" or "F" as their last name.

Thanks. By the way, I LOVE the new "Same Error" button!

As you know you can always add players names later in post game editing .
On the three blank lines on winning/loosing pitcher . Sounds like you have blanks in first and last name field. Normal practice is to have something in the field

The next update to iOS will now include jersey #'s in the pitching selectors. (fyi... the Android version already has this)

We will add your request for having "Nothing" as an option on quick roster, but it will likely not be a high priority as it is actually important to be able to distinguish each player from each other. Otherwise all the players look the same.

That's great about the jersey #'s!

What I do on the Quick Roster is to immediately start entering jersey #'s as I see them warming up in the field. To me, the only thing I struggle with is getting the lineup in as the game is starting. When I'm in a hurry, I just don't like having to take the extra time to tap into the Last Name field to delete something that has no meaning. If I choose "Numbers", they obviously don't match up to jersey numbers and it gets confusing. If I choose "Letters" then they have no meaning to me and I'm so anal, I can't stop myself from going in to delete them.

Obviously, this isn't hindering me from keeping score. Just a personal preference.

But you can surely appreciate why blanks cause confusion

Remember .. You can edit the player names at any time durrimg or after the game it does not have to be done in a panic and before first pitch

I use quick roster numbers.
They then correspond to batting position until I choose to edit over them.
