Facebook page posting; properly logging in position changes

Post by gbsc » Fri Nov 29, 2013 11:01 pm

Hello all
Newbie at iscore, so if this has been brought up or fixed - let me know
1) My league has the option of a 9-man lineup, or whole-team lineup. I usually use the whole-team lineup, and then sub freely on defense. I also make those changes on iscore. However, when listing number of innings played per position - it has the position of the starting lineup only. For example: Player E started at SS, played there for 2 innings, moved to 3B for an inning, then pitched 1 inning. Iscore says he played 4 innings at SS. Instead, it should be noting where he plays each time, i.e. 2 innings at SS, 1 inning at 3B, 1 inning at P.

2) I was wondering whether a final score could be posted to a facebook page, or sent to email addresses?

Thanks

If you can do an Options->Export and email your customer ID and specific game / player where you are not seeing the correct number of innings to support@iscoresports.com, we can take a look at your data. If you are doing substitutions correctly, the innings should be tracked correctly.

We do not have an option to post straight to Facebook. You can use twitter, or you can email results of any game from the game info screen.
Check out the new iScore Baseball documentation page!
Includes videos and user manual.

Welcome to the community

If you email support and "option> export", FTM will look at you game data and help you by email .. But also

Have you had a chance to review the online video tutorials or read the user help document ?
IScore handles subs and innings played correctly when entered correctly .

If not, I would suggest watching the short videos first.. Especially the one on player substitutions and starting line up's . Which should solve the immediate issue you have.. After that I suggest learning about post game editing and leagues as they are two powerful feature that when mastered really make iScore neat.

One note about posting to FaceBook. I let IScore use Twitter and I have my Twitter set up to automatically post to Facebook. That is a way to have IScore post to FaceBook.
