Adding players to a team roster

The Cubs added a player to their roster after the first game. Since I had entered their total roster before the first game, now it seems I have to add the new player each game. Did I enter the roster incorrectly, or, is there a way to make an addition to a given team's roster permanent so that it doesn't have to be added every game? It would really help to have an option of "make permanent?" each time a new player is added.

We assume you are talking about MLB Rosters here? If you use the Refresh option from the Options -> Add Ons screen in iScore, it will download that day's 25-man active roster.

For ANY team (not just MLB), if you are adding players to a game lineup, that will not add them to the team roster. To add a player that was added to a lineup to the team roster, from the Lineup screen, tap Options, then Copy Lineup -> Roster. This will copy any changes you made to the lineup back to the Team Roster, and future games you create from that roster will include those changes in the default lineup.
