I dont think anyone is arguing. Would like to understand the steps to try and reproduce if there is an issue.

I just tried every Quick Out and the ground outs all default to Medium Grounder and the Fly Outs all default to Medium Fly ball.
Also, using regular out, ground out, line drive, popup/flyout, bunt, sac fly, sac bunt and infield fly all default to the correct type of hit.

I get the same thing. Whenever I use the quick menu and select a groundout of any kind (6-3, 4-3, etc.) it defaults to a medium line drive. I would love this to be fixed.

If you SWIPE out (to get to the Quick menu) and select a ground out it correctly defaults to Medium Grounder.
However, if you TOUCH out then touch Quick and select a ground out it defaults to Medium Line Drive.

I believe this user just clarified the miscommunication on this somewhat long standing topic.

there are TWO ways to access QUICK PLAYS, "Swipe Out" and "tap Out > tap Quick tab". and they are not consistent in their matching of Quick Play to default hit type.

support can now go through both methods and identify if any inconsistencies between the two methods or confirm all the same for matching the Quick Play to the default hit type (.eg grounder, line drive, fly )
