A (hopefully) simple addition i woul dlike to see for the app is for the number of batters th epitcher has faced in the game to be displayed on the main scoring screen. It currently displayes pitch count, but if you are not using pitch by pitch then it makes up a number (lloks like it just gives 3 pitches for a strikeout, 4 for a wal, and 1 for any ball put in play).

I use the app for a sim baseball cards and dice league, and pitcher fatigue is measured in the game by batters faced. It is a bit cumbersome to have to leave the scoring screen and go into the stats screens to find the batters faced for each pitcher.
