Add an export file for the line score

I would like to get one more file added to the files exported - a CSV file of the box score - this data:

1983 Los Angeles Dodgers at 1984 Detroit Tigers Box Score
Team 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 R H E L
1983 Los Angeles Dodgers 0 0 0 0 0 0 1 0 0 1 4 0 3
1984 Detroit Tigers 4 4 0 1 0 1 0 0 - 10 9 0 4
WP: Jack Morris, LP: Fernando Valenzuela, SV: -

If possible, I'd also like any leagues the game was in somewhere (maybe one per line, like so: "L,1984 AL" with multiple lines if n multiple leagues).

But if I could at least get the above data, that wold be great. Maybe put the WP, SV and LP on separate lines too, and comma separated, no colons would be my preference, but I can work with anything if I know what it looks like and is consistent.

Sorry if I've already asked for this - I don't recall asking before, but I may have. This is the last part I need to fully automate adding a game to my database, and hopefully it would be useful to others as well.

We will add this to our enhancement list. You can get the information from the Box Score on the Admin Website, but we will add it to the list to allow emailing of the box scores as well.

Thanks. I suspect not many others are reading in the files so it may not ever make it near the top, but it sure won't if I don't ask!

Getting it from a web page doesn't do me any more good than getting it from the email as HTML. I still need to type it in manually. But if I get it in a file I can process it like I do the other files, and make the whole procedure automatic. Right now it has to be semi-manual because there's no good way to get this data for auto processing.

Just out of curiosity, what are you doing that you can't copy and paste the box score from the e-mail?

I am loading all the data into a database so that I can maintain my web stats at http://www.beckmanjm.com/iscore" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; . Right now, I can process almost everything out of the email automatically, but I have to manually enter the innings score and the pitchers of record. Retyping or copy/paste is still doing things manually - I want to automate it completely so that when I mail myself the stats, they are automatically posted.

I would like to second jcbecman's request. I have a baseball team management module for the CMS phpNuke and soon to be ported to WordPress called baseballNuke. I would like to add a feature to be able to simply upload the iScore reports to avoid entering this information manually. http://www.flyingdogsbaseball.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

baseballNuke has been successfully ported to WordPress and can be downloaded from the wordpress plugins page. Adding an import feature for the iScore csv files is at the top of my list, hoping to start on it today.
