DH for position player

DH for position player

i am a highschool coach and in highschool you are allowed to DH for any position not just the pitcher...i am trying to DH for my catcher but when i try and change the pitcher it wont let me... i want to be able to DH for my catcher the entire game and let my pitcher hit
