Pitch count for batter at plate (responded)

Searched and didn't see this anywhere, although I would think it's come up before and I may have missed it. On the scoring screen as batter's at-bat progresses you get a BSSFBFFFFB pitch sequence under the batter. Some at-bats drag on when 6, 7, 8 or more balls get fouled off and now it seems like we've been here for half an hour on this batter, so one wonders, how many pitches have been thrown during this at-bat? A simple counter under the pitch sequence would be nice. Gets very hard to manually count that long string of characters.
