Enable Data Share Mapping Override (future.feature.request)

idea for future consideration....

in Data Sharing, when a team or player match is found (blue check mark).... allow the user to override and select another team/player (like in a red NEW situation). the match should be a heavy suggestion, but not a mandate

(I actually thought this was allowed years ago, but on most current iOS version i am not able to override or change an automatic match)

The problem with allowing that is then you wind up with the same players being represented multiple ways on the device. The intent is once a mapping is created it is permanent and you never have to make it again. If we relax that it can make matters much worse (ultimately could be in a situation where Player A on Device 1 maps to multiple players on Device 2 and things will never tally properly).

i still think you should be able to override . Especially on teams. Perhaps make it a hidden feature at least for advances users

An alternative is create a way to 'swap' in/out teams associated a game. Sometimes especially in tournament ball, you find a team you did not expect to play often, or who had same club name but was really a different roster/team.
