I would love to be able to store the Twitter handle of each team and have the option to use it instead of team names in auto-tweets, which would tag those accounts and increase retweets and engagements. Also, I wish the auto link would connect directly to the game instead of the customer page (baseball/softball) or worse yet the home page (football) where the viewer has to copy & paste or memorize & type the customer ID. And Twitter mobile apps don't allow you to copy just part of a tweet, so unless you're on a full computer, I hope you're good at remembering long codes.
Examples:
Current Behavior - Baseball/Softball
Uses short team name and directs to customer's game menu but viewer still has to select game.

Uses full team name (which often truncates the tweet) and directs to iScoreCast home page. Viewer has to copy & paste or memorize & type Customer ID, then select game.

Uses Twitter handle and links directly to game.
I know that's way over 140 characters, but Twitter counts all links as 23 characters no matter what and trims the display. Or better yet, automatically generate a short URL when the scorecast is created (e.g. iscorecast.com/g/a1b2c3) and use that instead. Maybe even offer click through analytics on my admin website.
