In addition to the R / H & K / BB inning summaries on the score book, would you please also add E / LOB. These have been requested multiple times this year by either the Coach or the local paper after our high school games.

The scorebook is what you are sending to the coach and local paper, not the stat summary or box score that are emailed? The box score included as the first thing in the email includes the Error and LOB counts.
