I would like the ability to set tweets to only tweet at a games's beginning and end (results) as an alternative to the current Twittercast which tweets every half inning.

We have it in our plan to add new Twittercast options including checkboxes to decide when you want to send the automatic tweets (game start, game end, inning change, half inning change, score change).
